Cara Delevingne ‘obsessing’ over Megan Thee Stallion sparks frenzy: ‘Leave her alone’

Cara Delevingne obsessing over Megan Thee Stallion has been declared the most cringe part of the Billboard Music Awards.
Delevingne was seen frequently interrupting Megan Thee Stallion’s time on the Billboard Music Awards red carpet on Sunday (15 May).
Delevingne was captured on camera peeking around a board and watching the “Sweetest Pie” rapper as she posed for photos.
In one video, Delevingne was seen talking to and sticking her tongue out at Megan as she posed for photographers. She then ran up behind the rapper, grabbing the train of her dress and repeatedly throwing it up in the air.
Delevingne was later seated next to Megan, and was seen sticking her tongue out at her as she won the top rap female artist award.
Quickly, their interactions became meme fodder.
It comes after Cara Delevingne and Megan Thee Stallion were spotted together at Cardi B’s Met Gala after-party on 2 May.
In one clip shared by Pop Crave on Twitter, the pair were seen hitting the dance floor. At one point, the model got closer to say something to the rapper, prompting Megan to distance herself.
But despite fans’ concerns, it would appear the two are friendly. They apparently arrived at the Billboard Music Awards ceremony together and were shown seated next to each other at the show.
Following her stellar performance, Megan Thee Stallion took to Instagram to thank her adoring fanbase for helping her take home the coveted title of top female rap artist.
“Thank you Billboard and Thee HOTTIES for making me thee TOP FEMALE HIPHOP ARTIST,” she wrote. “For the rest of the year I’m remembering that I’m THAT B**** and if you think I ain’t f*** you.”
