Peacock has revealed the celebrity line-up for The Traitors season 5, with RuPaul’s Drag Race winner Bianca Del Rio and Queer As Folk actor Johnny Sibilly set to enter Alan Cumming’s reality mind game ahead of a 2027 launch, per the cast announcement.
Musical theatre star Kristin Chenoweth is also on the roster, alongside a wider mix of actors, reality TV names and creators. The line-up includes Dominic Monaghan, Chloe Kim, Cody Simpson, Cynthia Bailey, Gizelle Bryant, Iain Stirling, Joey Graziadei, Michele Fitzgerald, Rachel Robinson, Rashad Jennings, Taylor Hale and Whitney Leavitt, among others.
No official premiere date has been set, though the season is reportedly “set to launch in the new year”.
The Traitors season 5: how the game works & full cast reveal
The series takes place in a castle in the Scottish Highlands, where contestants compete in challenges to build a prize pot while trying to survive a social-deduction twist. Traitors secretly “murder” Faithful players, while the Faithful attempt to identify and banish the Traitors at roundtable votes.
All 23 contestants start as Faithfuls before Cumming decides which players will become Traitors, typically three. The series has continued to introduce multiple twists each season, some more successful than others.

Why Peacock is doubling down on The Traitors
The cast reveal lands days after Peacock renewed The Traitors for an additional three seasons. The show also won all seven Emmy Awards it was nominated for this year, including a third consecutive win for outstanding reality competition programme and a third consecutive host win for Cumming.
NBC has also debuted civilian spin-off The Traitors: New Blood on 17 September, with episodes streaming the next day on Peacock.
The Traitors is the US version of the international format where contestants play a social-deduction game for a cash prize. Cumming, a bisexual actor and long-time LGBTQ+ advocate, hosts the US series and is a key part of its camp appeal. Bianca Del Rio, who won RuPaul’s Drag Race season 6, is known for insult comedy and sharp one-liners, and recently shared a dramatic makeover transformation that sparked a wave of fan reaction clips.
