Scott Disick says Caitlyn Jenner is ‘fun to chill with’ after chaotic TV return

Scott Disick has said he and Caitlyn Jenner have never really been on good terms, after the pair spent time together at Kendall Jenner’s new house on The Kardashians.
On the 29 October episode of the Hulu and Disney+ series, Disick, 43, reflected on the day he, Caitlyn, 76, and Kendall, 30, spent together at Kendall’s new home.
“I loved it there that day,” Disick told Kendall. “And I felt like your dad, too, was in such a good mood. I’ve never gotten along that good with her in, like, ever.”
Kendall replied: “You guys chopped it up.”
Disick agreed, adding: “I don’t know, she was just fun to chill with. She was funny.”

Disick’s comments followed the 22 October episode, which showed the trio hanging out at Kendall’s new place as Caitlyn and Disick helped her get the house ready for her horses.
During that episode, Caitlyn enjoyed an egg sandwich, before things got messy. “I took a bite and it [bleep] in my mouth,” she said. She went: “Look! It just squirted over everything.”
Kendall was mortified, while Disick found it hilarious, saying: “I love it. Actually, I could’ve not lived my whole life without it, because I used to get in so much trouble for saying those jokes.”

That episode also marked a rare on-screen return for Caitlyn. She is rarely seen on her daughters’ reality show, following her split from ex-wife Kris Jenner, and her transition. Caitlyn was a much more regular presence during the family’s earlier reality TV era on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which ended after 20 seasons in 2021.
Caitlyn first appeared on Hulu’s The Kardashians in season seven, when she arrived for a family farewell dinner at Kris’ home.
“It’s only right for Caitlyn to be here tonight too because she actually was part of all those amazing memories,” Kris, 70, said in a confessional. Kris and Caitlyn were married from 1991 to 2014.
In her own confessional, Kendall said she “definitely wasn’t expecting” Caitlyn to be there, adding that Kris and Caitlyn’s relationship was “distant”.
Caitlyn came out as transgender in 2015 and remains one of the most high-profile trans public figures in the world, though she has also faced sustained criticism from LGBTQ+ communities over her political positions and comments about trans rights, particularly around trans inclusion in sport.
