Samsung’s campaign ‘The Future’ featured various various yet to be invented technologies.

In the advert, a moving moment shows an interracial lesbian couple cuddling in bed, while one shows the other a live ultrasound of their baby on a phone.

Dublin Bus: The Long Road to Pride.

Dublin Bus released an emotional video for Pride 2019, paying tribute to the Republic of Ireland’s older LGBT+ community, who “fought for our right to be who we are”.

‘The Long Road to Pride’ features four older LGBT+ people who discuss their struggles in coming to terms with their identity in an extremely conservative Catholic country, where being gay was illegal until 1995.

The cameras then follow several younger LGBT+ people as they meet their older counterparts and invite each of them to attend Dublin Pride for the first time in their lives.

The LGBT+ Pride flag roundels this year featured black and brown stripes to represent BAME communities and TfL’s #EveryStoryMatters campaign also included posters of its LGBT+ employees in stations around the city.

Using the personal stories of Uber employees and the riders and drivers who use the app, the campaign showcased the many flags of the LGBT+ community.

Co-op: Strawberries.

The Co-op strawberries advert shows a trans woman sitting at a dressing table, uncapping a bottle of red glitter that falls and transforms into a punnet of fresh strawberries.

She says: “Co-op strawberries are special because money goes towards Trans Pride and helps bring LGBT+ people together to celebrate, to show the world that we’re here and we deserve to be loved.”

The winner will be announced at the seventh annual PinkNews Awards in London on October 16 2019.
