Real Housewives star Kathy Hilton denies calling DJ ‘f**king f****t’ in homophobic rage

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kathy Hilton was accused of using a homophobic slur by Erika Jayne in an explosive reunion episode.

During the chaotic season 12 reunion hosted by Andy Cohen, Hilton, Erika Jayne, Lisa Rinna and Kyle Richards opened up about Kathy’s supposed “meltdown” in Aspen during the show.

The drama started when Rinna ordered Kendall Jenner’s 818 tequila rather than Case De Sol, the brand Hilton invests in. 

When they arrived at Aspen’s Caribou Club, Hilton got even angrier after the DJ refused to play her requested songs and the manager told her to “go back to LA”.

Jayne claimed that in her rage Hilton had shouted to her that the DJ was the f-slur. No one else saw or heard the encounter. 

“I see Kathy coming from the dance floor very upset,” Jayne allegedly recalls, “I say, ‘Kathy, what’s wrong?’ She said, ‘The DJ’s an old f***ing f****t,’ and walked off. That is what happened.”

However, Hilton vehemently denied the accusations, responding: “I will admit to what I do but I will not be painted to be this monster.”

Although Jayne interrupted to say “those are your words, that is what you said to me”, Hilton maintained: “Anyone knows me knows I don’t talk like that.”

“And anyone who knows me knows I’m not lying, I have nothing to lie about,” Jayne quipped.

But Hilton shot her down saying: “Oh really, I have a little more credibility than you, I have a sterling reputation.”

After the fiery exchange, Cohen confirmed there had been an investigation into the accusations at the time, but “it came down to a case of she said, she said”.

Although Kathy Hilton has made no official statement about the alleged incident outside of the reunion she did repost a story to her Instagram which read: “There is no better friend and ally to the LGBTQ+ community than our dear friend Kathy Hilton who loves us and we love her.”

People on social media are also divided over who is telling the truth, with some thinking it is suspicious that only Erika heard this go down while others believe Kathy could go that far.
