Someone recreated Joe Exotic, Carole Baskin and the cast of Tiger King on The Sims – and it’s eerily accurate

Someone has created the cast of hit Netflix documentary Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness on The Sims 4 and it’s frighteningly accurate.
Kari Nicole Mckendrick has been winning at self-isolation, posting screenshots of her Sims on Facebook, including recreations of Joe Exotic, Carole Baskin, and two of Exotic’s husbands John Finlay and Travis Maldonado.
And, of course, tigers.
She wrote: “Ladies and gentlemen… hold onto your murder contracts. I present to you: The Tiger King!”

Tiger King has captured a world on lockdown eager to have, at the very least, an hour or two not thinking about the coronavirus.
The Netflix original docuseries is about an Oklahoma tiger breeder called Joe Exotic, a proud “gun-toting gay redneck” and polygamist who has had several concurrent husbands.
Exotic was the self-proclaimed king of the shady exotic animal underworld, before he was sentenced last year to 22 years in prison for attempting to have his arch nemesis and animal rights activist Carole Baskin, of animal sanctuary Big Cat Rescue, murdered.

Mckendrick also made a lifelike recreation of Exotic’s ex-husband John Finlay, complete with crooked teeth, but was careful to point out that Finlay had “amazing new dentures that he got back in summer 2019 but weren’t included in the special”.
She added: “I just wanted to make sure that I made it clear that the teeth I used for the Sim here were reflecting the John that Netflix showed in the special and not what he actually looks like now.”

Mckendrick’s most inventive creation when making the Tiger King cast on The Sims 4 were the tigers themselves.
As The Sims 4: Cats and Dogs expansion pack does not include tigers, she painted the dogs included in the game to look like tigers.

This week, Cardi B pledged to start a GoFundMe page to raise funds for Exotic, currently serving 22 years in federal prison for two counts of murder-for-hire and 17 wildlife-related charges.
But her efforts to “free” the face of GW Exotic Animal Park was squashed by GoFundMe as, due to the platform’s regulations, fundraisers cannot assist convicted criminals, TMZ reported.
