Homophobe Phil Robertson out of a job as Duck Dynasty cancelled

Despite losing out on a promise that Phil Robertson would go into hiding if Trump lost, Duck Dynasty may now fade into obscurity as the show is cancelled.

A&E announced that the show will end after 11 seasons and 5 years.

Sources have come out and said that it was a mutual decision between the network and cast.

So after April, you will no longer have to watch Duck Dynasty and avowed bigot Phil Robertson again.

Speaking earlier this year, Robertson told host Stephen Bannon and Citizens United president David Bossie that would go into hiding if Trump lost the election.

Duck Dynasty star Robertson, who has made a string of anti-LGBT comments in the past, urged listeners to vote for Trump as they are facing “spiritual warfare”.

Who is waging the war? “The depraved bunch, this political correct crowd”, says Roberts, adding that the group is “of the evil one”.

“If the Republicans and the evangelicals do not get off their posteriors and vote, I think I’m going to head back to the woods and hide out.”

Robertson only last week compared same-sex marriage to mass murder.

The Duck Dynasty patriarch was suspended from the A&E reality show for less than two weeks in 2013, when he ranted about men who prefer “a man’s anus” over a vagina.

Robertson, who claims that sexually transmitted infections are God’s punishment for gays, appeared at a rally for Cruz earlier this year, where he declared: “On behalf of Cruz, I got behind him.

“I’m looking for someone who’s Godly and who will not budge on principle and won’t budge on this Bible that I’m holding here in my hand.”
