Can you help this man find Ossington Bae?
Ossington bae, where for art thou Ossington bae?
That’s what one star-crossed lover in Toronto is ruminating in his bid to find his dream match.
The man, whose name remains unknown, has stuck up a poster in Ossington subway station in Toronto, Canada in the hope that he can be reunited with an attractive man he spied on the platform on Tuesday.
“Hey, if you’re reading this and you’re a blonde guy in your twenties(ish) who was standing here at around 8:45am last Tuesday and carrying a book – you’re so handsome, hi :),” begins the poster.
“This is out of my comfort zone but I thought I’d give it a shot! I was the guy with the brown hair and the grey wool coat. We’ve made eye contact before and I wanted to say hi but the subway came and it was too crowded,” he continued.
“If you ever see this and want to say hi back, [email protected].”
He of course, like any true millennial would, finished off the heartfelt post with a hashtag – #ossingtonbae.
Of course, give Twitter license to hashtag, and it will do so avidly.
The internet has gotten very excited at the prospect of matching this man with his bae.
Who said romance was dead, eh?
