Euphoria actor Chloe Cherry says she made porn parody after being cast as Faye

Chloe Cherry as Faye in Euphoria

Euphoria star Chloe Cherry has spoken out about filming a porn parody inspired by the hit series months after she joined the cast as Faye.

Chloe Cherry has seen her star rise after her character was introduced to viewers in season two of the smash-hit drama. She was previously known for her work in porn – including her viral, NSFW Euphoria parody.

Despite rumours quickly spreading that creator and director Sam Levinson had hired Cherry after discovering her Euphoria porn parody, the 24-year-old has revealed that the timeline is the complete opposite.

Speaking to Vulture, she explained: “Honestly, I don’t think anybody noticed it that much. It was funny because I made that probably five months after I was cast on the show.”

Chloe Cherry said she was studying Euphoria after she was cast when she came up with the idea to parody a scene of Rue and Jules in bed.

“I started rewatching and I realised I had already done a lot of adult-movie parodies, and I figured, ‘Oh, that’s the perfect one to do, because it’s a really popular scene’,” Chloe added.

“It’s funny the way people are reacting to it, like ‘She was discovered off a porn parody.’ And I’m like, ‘No, no, no, that was literally just something I made for my OnlyFans forever ago, and now everyone’s finding it.'”

To date, Chloe Cherry has starred in over 200 porn movies and racked up over 120 million views on her PornHub page.

In a previous interview with Nylon previously, she said that she “never really saw a difference” between films and adult films.

The Euphoria star explained: “I guess that was just me, maybe. I’m an actress, just through and through an actress. I’ve acted for a long time. And it’s a different experience, but I would just through and through call myself an actress.”
