Tyson Beckford hits back after Kim Kardashian implies he’s gay

Model Tyson Beckford has clarified his sexuality after Kim Kardashian suggested that he’s gay.
The model had incurred the wrath of the Kardashian queen this week after he posted comments on Instagram suggesting she is unattractive,
The Make Me a Supermodel host had claimed: “She is not real, doctor f***ed up her right hip… sorry I donāt care for it.”
Kardashian hit back by writing āSis we all know why you donāt care for it”, including a nail polish emoij – which some fans interpreted as a reference to Beckford’s sexuality.

Beckford clarified that he is not gay in a shirtless Instagram post on Thursday, after the incident captured people’s attention.
He wrote: “Train 5-6 days a wk,weights Martial Arts and Firearms and I defend those who canāt defend themselves!
“I support LGBTQ ļøā ,even though Iām not Gay. Itās just the Human thing to do. #blackexcellence #tysonbeckford #lgbt ā #superhero #realsuperhero”
He also alluded to the controversy in his Instagram Story, adding: “Manny not yo sis!”
Kardashian has not responded.
Beckford, one ofĀ fashion’sĀ most successful black male models, began his career in 1992 andĀ made his big break with aĀ Ralph Lauren’s Polo Sport campaign a year laterābut most people will remember him as the bare-chested bikerĀ featuring a red-headed Britney Spears in the 2009 video for the song “Toxic.”
He later made another shirtless appearance in Mariah Carey’s 2015 video “Infinity.”
He has dated several models, but his current relationship status is unclear. His first and only son was born in 1998. He has participated on various charity-raising efforts, like the “Move against AIDS danceathon” in 2005 in support of the Gay Men’s Health Crisis as well as campaigns against domestic violence and raising awareness for cancer research.
He alsoĀ supported the Lesotho-based charity and social enterpriseĀ Kick 4 Life,Ā which uses football as a way ofĀ helping andĀ educating young people.
Kim Kardashian has recently been feuding with her step-mother Caitlyn Jenner.
Speaking to students at Cambridge University, Jenner said: “Itās been a little bit tough over the last couple of years on the Kardashian side.”
āTo be honest, I donāt talk to them anymore. Kim, I havenāt talked to in a year.ā
She continued: āThey donāt want me in their lives, the bashed me pretty badly.
“Itās devastating when your kids do that. It really hurt.
āI donāt know what the future holds. We will see.ā
Appearing on Good Morning Britain, Jenner confirmed that her contact with the Kardashians is basically over.
āThe Kardashian side ā I really donāt talk to them very often. I just kind of deal with that,ā she told hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid.
āFortunately, I have a lot of children,ā the Olympic gold medallist added, throwing some shade.
The reality TV star said: āSince the book came out, Iāve never talked to Kris again.”
