Video: K-Y Jelly makes first lesbian ad
K-Y Jelly has made its first advert featuring a lesbian couple.
The ad, which will air today in the US, shows couple Alex and Emma talking about their relationship.
As Alex says good communication has kept them together, Emma announces that K-Y Intense has also helped as it “makes that big moment feel even bigger”.
A spokesman for the brand said: “Since 1998, [KY-Brand] has sponsored dozens of LBGT and HIV/AIDS organisations and has also participated at LGBT Pride celebrations and other community events.
“Gay male couples have been featured in print advertising since 2008 and now the brand is continuing its tradition of support and visibility with advertising that is inclusive of lesbian couples.”
